This Shipping Policy applies to https://www.marriedlovegames.com, and Married Love Games LLC and governs all shipping process, policies and procedures. For the purposes of this Shipping Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Married Love Games LLC include https://www.marriedlovegames.com, Married Love Games and MLG. The Married Love Games website is a Ecommerce site. By using or ordering from the Married Love Games website, you consent to the shipping practices described in this statement.

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Married Love Games. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Married Love Games Shipping Locations

Please be aware that Married Love Games has multiple 3rd party shipping warehouses located throughout the country. We may at our discretion ship your order in multiple packages/shipments if we determine this is the fastest way to deliver your complete order to your doorstep. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if we determine it is in your best interest to fulfill your order from multiple warehouses.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Depending on the shipment carrier rate and method selected, products usually arrive within 3-6 business days within the continental United States.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship out until Monday. These days are not included in transit time. 

Married Love Games observes the holidays listed below. Married Love Games' 3rd party warehouse locations are closed on these holidays and no shipments are made on these holidays. Shipments will be processed the next business day after the holiday.

• Memorial Day
• July 4th - Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping on Orders $100 or Over

Married Love Games offers free USPS First Class Shipping to the Continental United States Only (except for any items marked as excluded items).

USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 days shipping after order processing.

Non-Continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, all US Islands) 

Unfortunately shipping costs to the Non-Continental United States do not allow us to offer free shipping to these locations. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated based on:

• The carrier selected
• The shipping method selected
• Shipping origin zip code
• Shipping destination zip code
• The product shipping weight
• The carrier posted shipping rates less any shipping rate discounts obtained by Romantic Blessings

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Married Love Games offers a free "Shipping Rate Calculator" Tool that a customer can use prior to final checkout to estimate their shipping charges if any.

Listed below are the Delivery Carrier(s), Delivery Method(s) and Carrier Estimated Transit/Delivery Time in Business Days.

Important Shipping Information

• Estimated carrier transit times listed below do NOT include Married Love Games' order processing time
• All carrier estimated transit/delivery times listed below are based on Carrier delivery estimates that can be found on the individual carrier website.
• The carrier estimated transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed either by Married Love Games or by the carrier. Many events can cause transit interruption(s) for the carrier.
• Ownership of the package/shipment transfers to the customer once the carrier has accepted a package/shipment from any Married Love Games 3rd party shipping point.
• Married Love Games has no control of the package/shipment once the carrier has accepted the package/shipment from a Married Love Games 3rd party shipping point. This limit of liability includes transit time, transit delays caused for any reason, and lost or damaged packages.

Shipping Information Provided to Customer

Married Love Games will send a shipping notification to the email address provided by the customer during the order checkout process. The shipping notification will include:

• The carrier tracking number
• A link to the Married Love Games "Order Tracking Page" for the shipment
• The items and quantity that are included in the package/shipment
• Additional shipping information

Shipping Milestone(s)

Married Love Games will send a shipping milestone notification to the email address provided by the customer during the order checkout process. Customers will receive a shipping milestone notification at each of these milestones in the shipping and delivery process:

• Shipment information received
• Shipment in transit
• Shipment out for delivery
• Shipment delivered

Important Note: Married Love Games may at our own choosing and discretion may decide to complete and ship your order from multiple shipping warehouses. You will receive a separate tracking number and tracking notification(s) for each individual package/shipment to complete your order.

Your order tracking page will indicate the number of package(s)/shipment(s) and if there are multiple package(s)/shipment(s) the items included in each package/shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes - Married Love Games will only ship to P.O. Boxes at customers' request and only for certain products. Married Love Games advises customers not to request delivery to a P.O. Box. Customer assumes all risks and responsibility for any package/shipment that is requested to be shipped to P.O. Box including but not limited to - held packages, delays in delivery, lost and damaged packages/shipment(s).
• Married Love Games does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. 
• Married Love Games does not ship to any destination outside the U.S.
• Liberator Items can only ship via UPS. 
• Liberator Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Additional Information

Damages

Married Love Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
