Refund Policy

All sales are final. Married Love Games does not offer refunds.

When you buy one of our games, you’re purchasing a lifetime license to a digital product that is yours to keep and enjoy from the moment of purchase. There is nothing physical to return, and because the game is delivered to you instantly and permanently, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We know that’s a firm policy, so we want you to feel confident before you buy. Please explore the game details and our FAQ, and reach out with any questions first — we’re always glad to help you decide whether a game is right for you and your spouse.

How purchases work

You download our game from the Apple App Store, the Microsoft Store, or Google Play, and your purchase is then made securely inside the game itself using payment options such as Apple Pay and PayPal. Each purchase is a one-time, lifetime license — and all sales are final. If you ever have a billing question, please contact us and we’ll be glad to look into it.

Having trouble with your game?

A refund and a technical problem are two different things — and we’re here for the second one. If a game you purchased won’t download, install, or work the way it should, please contact us. Most access issues are quick for us to solve, and we want you playing. Email customerservice@marriedlovegames.com with a description of the problem and the device you’re using.
