Subscription/Game Cancellation

All subscription cancellations can be made by the customer in the customer subscription portal. You can access the customer subscription portal through your customer account page or by visiting the subscription portal directly.

Product Cancellation

Request for order cancellation can only be made via email: customerservice@marriedlovegames.com. Please understand as noted below, order cancellation is typically not available once your order has been placed.

Your order is transmitted to one (or more) of our multiple shipping warehouses located throughout the country in real time after you have confirmed your order. Due to this quick process it is not possible to cancel your order most of the time.

Once your order is in the picking and packing process at one of our shipping warehouses your order can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel your order once it is being shipped, the best method is to refuse the shipment once it arrives at your shipping destination.

If you are not able to refuse shipment at time of delivery, please refer to our returns and refund policy for further information.
